Refund policy

We want you to love your lamp as much as we loved making it. Since each piece is custom-made just for you, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail stores.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Because our lamps are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size/design.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If your lamp is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@kraft3d.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Once reviewed, we will either:

    • Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or
    • Approve a return for a full refund.

     

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@kraft3d.com with your order details and photos.
  2. Our team will confirm if your return is eligible.
  3. If approved we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  4. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging (if possible).
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll confirm your refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

  • Since all lamps are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges.
  • If your lamp arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
