Processing Times

All orders are custom-made to order. Production lead times vary by quantity:

• 1-3 lamps: 2-3 working days
• 4-10 lamps: 4-6 working days
• 11-20 lamps: 7-10 working days

Processing times begin after payment confirmation and do not include shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard shipping: 3-4 business days
  • 1 item = $7.99
  • 2 to 4 items = $21.99
  • 5 to 12 items = $31.99 
• Express shipping: 1-2 business days
  • 1 item = $21.99
  • 2 to 4 items = $41.99
  • 5 to 12 items = $59.99

Free domestic shipping available on orders over 12 items (Economy shipping - 5 to 8 business days).

International Shipping

Currently we are not shipping out of the United States. 

Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time = Processing time (lead time) + Shipping transit time

Examples:

• Standard: 1-3 lamps with standard shipping = 2-3 days processing + 3-4 days shipping = 5-7 business days total
• Express: 1-3 lamps with express shipping = 2-3 days processing + 1-2 days shipping = 3-5 business days total

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package at the website of the carrier or through the provided link.

Packaging

All lamps are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible and comply with shipping requirements.

Shipping Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. 

Delivery Issues

If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
