Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. Custom Products & Intellectual Property
Made-to-order: All products are produced upon payment and are customized for each order.
Non-returnable: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
Customer content: By submitting images, logos, or text for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to this content or have authorization to use it. You agree to indemnify Kraft3D from any claims arising from intellectual property infringement related to content you provide.
4. Production, Fulfillment & Variations
Our products are manufactured using 3D printing. Slight variations in size, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal. These do not qualify as defects.
Production and fulfillment times may vary based on demand and complexity. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped using third-party carriers.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers once your order is in their possession.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity is suspected.
All payments must be made in full before production begins.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started. After this period, cancellations are not possible due to the customized nature of our products.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties or liability. Any use of such tools or engagement with third-party sites is at your own risk.
